Step 1: Call Advise & Guide toll free at (877) 226-5122 or (480) 785-5316 or simply complete the Request Form for a free consultation to see if Advise & Guide is right for you and your child.
Step 2: Free Consult: During the consult, we will be taking you through a demo of what Advise & Guide has to offer. After you have been through the demo, and you think it will increase your child's chances to maximize his/her potential throughout high school... we move on to Step 3.
Step 3: You will complete the necessary paperwork and we will gather all other pertinent information needed so we can proceed to the Placement Consult.
Step 4: Placement Consult - This is when you (the parent) and your child (the student) will meet with your advisor via web conferencing or telephone. During this session, both parent and child will be answering a few more education-related questions in order to help individualize the program. Once we gather all information necessary (student transcripts, test scores, placement questionnaires, etc.) your advisor will begin the advising process which includes the following:
 (a) Placing your child on a TRACK,
(b) Assigning your child a username and password to their WebLocker
(c) Developing a detailed 1 year plan with class recommendations
(d) Touring the web locker together.
Step 5: Advising Begins - Our advisors guarantee communication at least weekly, more if necessary. We
have several ways to communicate with students / parents:
